The major goal of the Cañon City Farmers Market Association is to unite local producers and nonprofit organizations with the community at our Farmers Market that supports agriculture, the arts, education and non-profit organizations. One of our special projects is supporting our area food pantries stores with donations from our Market's food vendors.
We are also committed to providing a family-friendly venue where people of all ages can buy fresh, local produce and other foodstuffs, and shop for beautiful locally-crafted art items, including quilting and other fabric crafts, jewelry, stoneworks, wood crafts, glass art, etc.
The Farmers Market is held at Veterans Park beginning the first Tuesday of June and ending on the last Tuesday of September. Hours of operation are from 8 a.m. until 1 p.m.
We happily provide SNAP/DUFB access for our customers. We also accept most debit/credit cards for your shopping convenience?
